Commonly Asked Questions
Furniture and construction material can damage our trucks and pose a safety hazard to our staff during service and are not allowed in front load dumpsters. (This does not apply to roll offs.)
Hazardous waste including radioactive, reactive, toxic, ignitable, corrosive, pathological, acidic or otherwise listed as hazardous under federal, state, or other applicable laws, rules and regulations cannot be put in the dumpster.
Prohibited waste including tires.
Additional dumps can be scheduled for a fee and are subject to truck availability.
To prevent overflow and spills during service, do not fill the container above rim even with light material.
Overweight or overfilled dumpsters may be subject to additional charges.
If you are concerned about overloading your dumpster please contact us to schedule an extra pick up.
It is the customer’s responsibility to keep the dumpster clear and accessible for service, including, but not limited to, free of parked vehicles, low hanging wires and tree branches, and excess trash.
All recoveries from blocks will be completed based on truck availability. Chronic or recurring issues may be classified as and “extra pick-up” and result in additional charges.
All equipment supplied by the contractor is the care and reasonability of the customer including loss and damage of the containers.
